This 51-year-old woman in Dallas, TX came to Dr. Dauwe for a revision of a previous breast augmentation procedure. She also wanted to switch out her saline implants for silicone gel implants. Dr. Dauwe performed a breast augmentation and a breast lift (mastopexy). Dr. Dauwe removed her old saline implants with 325cc high profile silicone gel implants to give her more fullness in the upper area of her breasts. The patient is loving her results.
