This 35 year old woman with 3 children experienced atrophy of her breast tissue like many women do after breast feeding. She wanted to restore her natural fullness, so she could feel better in clothing and swimsuits. Dr. Dauwe performed a sub muscular breast augmentation with an Allergan Inspira Smooth Round silicone gel, gummy bear implant. Due to some chest wall asymmetry, he used a 310cc on right and 275cc on left. She went from a preop cup size of 32A to a postop cup size of 32C. She is 5'6" and weighs 112lbs.
