This 39 year old woman presented to Dr. Dauwe for breast asymmetry following a saline breast augmentation that had been performed 10 years prior. This was complicated by rupture of her right saline breast implant. She took the opportunity to increase the size of her implants and switched to 350cc silicone breast implants.
